AInotAI プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、個人開発者 Kyouu（以下「運営者」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「AInotAI」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いを定めるものです。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 アカウント登録は不要です

本アプリの利用に、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの登録は不要です。運営者がこれらを収集することはありません。

1.2 ゲームプレイ情報

• スコア、回答結果、正答率、段位などの成績情報
• アプリが自動生成するランダムなプレイヤーID（端末や個人を直接特定しないもの）
• アプリの言語設定・バージョンなど、サービス提供に必要な技術情報

これらはランキング表示・世界平均の算出（統計処理）・不正対策のため、運営者のサーバーに送信されます。

1.3 任意で入力いただく情報

• ニックネーム（任意・自由入力）
• 国／地域の旗アイコン（任意・自己申告）

これらはランキング画面で他の利用者に表示されます。実名の入力は不要であり、推奨もしません。

1.4 広告に関する情報（第三者による収集）

本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。Google およびそのパートナーは、広告配信・計測のために広告識別子（iOS: IDFA / Android: 広告ID）、IPアドレス、おおよその位置情報、利用状況データ等を収集することがあります。iOS ではトラッキングの許可を求める場合があり、許可されない場合はパーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。詳細は以下をご覧ください。

1.5 利用状況の分析（Google アナリティクス for Firebase）

本アプリは、機能改善のために Google アナリティクス for Firebase を使用し、アプリの利用状況（起動、画面遷移、プレイ回数、正答数、共有操作など）を収集します。収集は広告の同意フローが解決した後にのみ有効化され、アプリ内の設定からいつでも無効にできます。詳細は Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティ をご覧ください。

2. 利用目的

• ゲーム機能（スコア集計・段位・ランキング・世界平均等）の提供
• 不正行為の検知・防止
• サービスの改善・不具合対応
• 広告の表示（Google AdMob 経由）

3. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、運営者が利用者情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。広告配信に伴う情報の取扱いは、上記 Google のポリシーに従います。

4. データの保存と削除

• 端末内のデータ（設定・成績のローカルコピー等）は、アプリを削除することで消去されます。
• サーバー上の成績・ランキングデータの削除を希望される場合は、下記の連絡先までお申し出ください。アプリの設定画面等で確認できる情報を添えていただくと、対応がスムーズです。

5. お子様の利用について

本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

6. セキュリティ

通信はすべて HTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されています。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで告知します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

AInotAI Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kyouu, an individual developer ("we"), handles user information in the mobile application "AInotAI" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 No account required

The App does not require registration. We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.

1.2 Gameplay data

• Scores, answers, accuracy, rank progression, and similar game results
• A randomly generated player ID created by the App (it does not directly identify you or your device)
• Technical information needed to operate the service, such as language setting and app version

This data is sent to our server to provide leaderboards, aggregated world statistics, and to prevent cheating.

1.3 Optional information

• A nickname (optional, free text)
• A country/region flag (optional, self-declared)

These are shown to other users on leaderboards. Real names are not required and not recommended.

1.4 Advertising data (collected by third parties)

The App displays ads served by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android), IP address, coarse location, and usage data for ad delivery and measurement. On iOS you may be asked for tracking permission; if declined, non-personalized ads are shown. See:

1.5 Usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used (launches, screen views, rounds played, correct answers, sharing actions) and to improve it. Collection is enabled only after the advertising consent flow is resolved, and can be turned off at any time in the App's settings. See Firebase Privacy and Security for details.

2. How We Use Information

• Providing game features (scores, ranks, leaderboards, world averages)
• Detecting and preventing cheating
• Improving the service and fixing issues
• Serving ads (via Google AdMob)

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law. Advertising-related data is handled under Google's policies linked above.

4. Retention and Deletion

• Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.
• To request deletion of your server-side game data, contact us at the address below.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Security

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).

7. Changes

Changes to this policy will be announced on this page and, for material changes, in the App.
