「クビモニ」(以下「本アプリ」、パッケージ名 com.webrara.kubi)は、センサーから首・頭部の傾きを検知し、姿勢の崩れを通知や音・バイブレーションで知らせる姿勢モニタリングアプリです(Android版は端末のセンサー、iOS版は AirPods 等の対応イヤホンのモーションセンサーを使用します)。本ポリシーは、開発者 webrara(以下「運営者」)が提供する本アプリが扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 本アプリが取得しない情報

本アプリは、次の情報を一切取得・送信しません。

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所などの連絡先
位置情報(GPS)
連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、ファイルへのアクセス
アカウント登録やログインの情報(本アプリにアカウント機能はありません)

2. センサー情報の取り扱い

本アプリは、Android版では端末の加速度センサー・ジャイロセンサー(回転)、 iOS版では AirPods(第3世代以降 / Pro / Max)や Beats Fit Pro 等の対応イヤホンに内蔵されたモーションセンサーから得られる値をもとに、首・頭部の傾きを算出します。この算出処理はすべて端末内で完結し、運営者のサーバーを含む外部へは一切送信しません。傾きの検知結果や警告回数などの統計情報も、端末内の保存領域にのみ記録され、外部送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの記録は消去されます。

3. 広告について

本アプリは、無料で提供するために Google AdMob による広告(アプリ起動時のアプリ起動広告 [App Open]・バナー広告)を表示します。広告の配信のため、Google およびそのパートナーが広告識別子等の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。詳細および利用者による設定は、次をご覧ください。

パーソナライズド広告は、Android では「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」から広告IDを削除・リセットすることで無効にできます。iOS では、アプリ初回起動時に表示されるトラッキング許可(App Tracking Transparency)のダイアログで「許可しない」を選ぶか、「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。許可しない場合もパーソナライズされない広告が表示されます。

なお、本アプリが位置情報サービス(GPS)にアクセスすることはありませんが、広告配信の仕組み上、Google が通信時の IP アドレスから 市区レベルのおおよその地域を推定する場合があります。

4. 利用状況の計測について

本アプリは、機能改善のため Google の Firebase Analytics を組み込んでいます。画面の表示や機能の利用状況といった操作の内容のみを計測し、氏名や端末を個人として特定できる情報は送信しません。詳細は Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティと Google プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

5. 権限について

本アプリが要求する権限と、その目的は次のとおりです。

通知: 姿勢の崩れを検知した際の警告表示、および監視中であることを示す通知の表示に使用します。
バイブレーション(Android): 姿勢の崩れを検知した際に、端末を振動させて知らせるために使用します。
他のアプリの上に重ねて表示(Android): 利用者が有効にした場合に、他のアプリ利用中でも画面上に警告を表示するために使用します(任意機能)。
電池最適化の除外(Android): OSによるバックグラウンド動作の制限を受けず、姿勢の監視を継続するために使用します。
モーションデータ(iOS): 対応イヤホンのモーションセンサーから頭部の傾きを取得するために使用します(端末内処理のみ・外部送信なし)。
トラッキング許可(iOS): 広告のパーソナライズにのみ使用します(任意。§3参照)。

5-2. アプリ内課金について

本アプリの「プレミアム」(買い切り)の購入・決済は、App Store(Apple)または Google Play(Google)が処理します。運営者がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。購入状態(購入済みかどうか)のみを端末内に記録します。

6. 免責事項

本アプリは医療機器ではなく、疾病の診断・治療・予防を目的とするものではありません。姿勢改善の効果を保証するものではなく、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、運営者は責任を負いかねます。

7. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象として設計されたものではなく、 13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 情報の削除について

端末内の記録は、アプリの削除、または端末の「設定 > アプリ > クビモニ > ストレージ > データを消去」で削除できます。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を改めます。

Kubi Moni — Privacy Policy

Kubi Moni (the "App", package name com.webrara.kubi) monitors the tilt of your neck and head — using your device's motion sensors on Android, or the motion sensors built into compatible earphones (AirPods 3rd generation or later / Pro / Max, Beats Fit Pro) on iOS — and alerts you with a notification, sound or vibration when your posture slips. This policy explains what information the App, provided by developer webrara ("we"), handles.

1. Information we never collect

Name, email address, phone number, postal address or other contact details
Location (GPS)
Contacts, photos, camera, microphone or file access
Account or sign-in information (the App has no accounts)

2. Sensor data

The App calculates the tilt of your neck/head from your device's accelerometer and gyroscope readings (Android), or from the motion sensors built into compatible earphones such as AirPods (iOS). This calculation is performed entirely on your device and is never sent anywhere, including to our servers. Detection results and statistics such as the number of warnings are stored only in local storage on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.

3. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob (App Open ads on launch and banner ads) so that it can be offered free of charge. Google and its partners may collect and use advertising identifiers and similar information to deliver ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. On Android, you can opt out of personalised ads by deleting or resetting your advertising ID under Settings > Privacy > Ads. On iOS, you can decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt shown on first launch, or change it any time under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; non-personalised ads are shown either way.

The App never accesses location services (GPS); however, as part of ad delivery, Google may estimate a coarse, city-level region from your IP address.

4. Usage analytics

The App includes Google Firebase Analytics to help us improve it. It records only what you do in the App — such as which screens and features are used — and does not send any information that identifies you or your device personally. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy for details.

5. Permissions

Notifications: used to warn you when poor posture is detected and to show a notification while monitoring is active.
Vibration (Android): used to alert you with a vibration when poor posture is detected.
Display over other apps (Android): if enabled by you, used to show posture warnings on screen even while using other apps (optional feature).
Battery optimization exemption (Android): used to keep posture monitoring running without being paused by the OS in the background.
Motion data (iOS): used to read head tilt from your compatible earphones' motion sensors; processed on-device only and never transmitted.
Tracking permission (iOS): used only for ad personalisation (optional; see §3).

5-2. In-app purchase

The one-time "Premium" purchase is processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We never receive your credit card number or other payment details. Only the unlock state (whether Premium is owned) is stored on your device.

6. Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. We make no guarantee of any posture-improvement effect and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

7. Children

The App is not directed at a specific age group and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Deleting your information

On-device records are removed by uninstalling the App, or via Settings > Apps > Kubi Moni > Storage > Clear data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective date" above.
