「さかなクイズ」(以下「本アプリ」)は、日本周辺の魚をあてるクイズアプリです。 本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、次の情報を一切取得しません。
クイズの成績、図鑑の解放状況、設定(効果音・振動・言語)は、 端末内の保存領域(localStorage)にのみ保存されます。これらは開発者に送信されません。 アプリを削除すると消去されます。
デイリークイズのランキングに参加する場合にかぎり、次の情報が開発者のサーバー
(webrara.com)へ送信されます。
送信されるのは上記のみです。名前は他の利用者に公開されるため、 本名や連絡先など、他人に知られたくない情報を入力しないでください。 記録は順位の集計にのみ使用し、第三者へ提供・販売しません。
本アプリは、無料で提供するために Google AdMob による広告を表示します。 広告の配信のため、Google およびそのパートナーが広告識別子等の情報を取得・利用する場合があります。 詳細および利用者による設定は、次をご覧ください。
パーソナライズド広告は、Android の「設定 > プライバシー > 広告」から 広告IDを削除・リセットすることで無効にできます。
欧州経済領域(EEA)・英国・スイスからご利用の場合は、初回起動時に Google の User Messaging Platform による同意フォームを表示し、 同意をいただいた範囲でのみ広告を配信します。同意の内容は、アプリ内の 「設定 > 広告のプライバシー設定」からいつでも変更できます。 iOS では、あわせて App Tracking Transparency による トラッキングの許可をおたずねします(iOS の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます)。
本アプリの改善のため、Google の Firebase Analytics を使用して利用状況を計測します。 記録するのは「どの画面が開かれたか」「どの難易度で遊んだか」「図鑑が何匹になったか」などの 操作の内容と、端末の種類・OSのバージョン・おおまかな地域(国)といった一般的な情報です。 ランキングの表示名や端末の識別子など、利用者個人を特定できる情報は送信しません。 詳細は Firebase のプライバシーとセキュリティ と Google プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
本アプリが表示する魚の写真は Wikimedia Commons および iNaturalist の、 商用利用と改変が認められた素材(CC0 / パブリックドメイン / CC BY / CC BY-SA)のみを使用しています。 日本地図は MapSVG (CC BY 4.0) に由来します。撮影者・ライセンスの一覧は、 アプリ内の「設定 > 写真・地図のクレジット」でご確認いただけます。
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象として設計されたものではなく、 13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。 ランキング機能では上記3.のとおり名前を送信するため、 保護者の方は、お子さまが本名等を入力しないようご配慮ください。
端末内の記録は、アプリの削除、または端末の「設定 > アプリ > さかなクイズ > ストレージ > データを消去」で削除できます。ランキングに送信済みの記録の削除をご希望の場合は、 下記の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 本ページの最終更新日を改めます。

Fish Quiz Japan (the "App") is a quiz app about fish found in and around Japan. This policy explains what information the App handles.
Your quiz results, collection progress and settings (sound, vibration, language) are stored only in your device's local storage. They are never sent to the developer and are removed when you uninstall the App.
Only when you take part in the Daily Quiz ranking, the following is sent to the
developer's server (webrara.com):
Nothing else is sent. Because the display name is shown to other players, please do not enter your real name or any contact details. These records are used only to compile rankings and are never sold or shared with third parties.
The App shows ads through Google AdMob so that it can be offered free of charge. Google and its partners may collect and use advertising identifiers and similar information to deliver ads. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalised ads by deleting or resetting your advertising ID under Android Settings > Privacy > Ads.
If you use the App from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform is shown when you first open the App, and ads are served only within the scope of the consent you give. You can change your choices at any time from Settings > Ad privacy settings inside the App. On iOS the App additionally asks for tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency; this can be changed at any time under iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to measure how it is used, so that it can be improved. What is recorded is what you do in the App — which screens are opened, which difficulty is played, how many fish are in your collection — together with general information such as device model, OS version and approximate region (country). No information that identifies you personally, such as your ranking display name or a device identifier, is sent. See Privacy and Security in Firebase and the Google Privacy Policy for details.
All fish photos come from Wikimedia Commons and iNaturalist under licences that permit commercial use and modification (CC0 / public domain / CC BY / CC BY-SA). The map of Japan derives from MapSVG (CC BY 4.0). Full credits are listed in the App under Settings > Photo & map credits.
The App is not directed at a specific age group and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the ranking feature sends a display name as described in section 3, parents should ensure children do not enter real names.
On-device records are removed by uninstalling the App, or via Settings > Apps > Fish Quiz Japan > Storage > Clear data. To request deletion of a score already submitted to the ranking, please contact us below.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date.
